I recently had a small leak in my hot water cylinder. Not really knowing what to do I turned to a Facebook group for advice and someone recommended Dan. Called up and an appointment was made quickly. To my surprise Dan arrived on time. Diagnosed quickly and completed the fix timely efficiently and all with a bit of banter. He offered advice on what to look out for and even thought me how to do some basic maintenance of my cylinder for the future. I am beyond happy with the service from booking to completion and a bigger surprise I was not upset to receive the bill- very fair for the work completed.
